Use page numbers starting at 1. Organize accepts an explicit order, such as 3,1,2. Remove requires at least one page and keeps the rest in their original order. Existing digital signatures may become invalid after editing. Keep your original document.
Watermarks and typed signatures are visible marks, not cryptographic signatures or identity verification. Adding text does not edit existing text. This tool uses a standard Latin font; unsupported characters are rejected rather than lost silently.
For secure redaction, encryption or faithful Office conversion, use the server-backed tools after the processing service is connected. A black text box or crop is not a secure redaction.
How to verify your PDF
Open the downloaded file in a PDF viewer, check page count and order, confirm marks appear on the intended pages, and test filled form fields. This tool does not certify legal documents.
