Review before saving
Check the content and page breaks. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF and adjust paper size, margins and orientation.
What is preserved?
This is a content-based conversion. Word paragraphs, Excel cell values and PowerPoint slide text become readable printable pages. Images are fitted to the page. Office charts, embedded media, comments, advanced formatting and formulas without saved values are not rendered. HTML is converted to text: scripts, styling and external images are discarded.
For exact Office layout, open the original document in Word, Excel or PowerPoint and use its Export to PDF option. Legacy DOC, XLS and PPT files, encrypted files and arbitrary formats are not supported. This tool does not claim to convert every file format.
How to create a useful PDF
- Choose the original file and select Prepare preview.
- Review the full preview. Each presentation slide or spreadsheet sheet starts on a new printed page.
- Select Print / Save as PDF. Your browser controls the final PDF destination and settings.
- Open the saved PDF and check page order, line breaks and any missing content before sharing it.
For image bundles with direct PDF download, use Images to PDF. To combine existing PDFs, use Merge PDF. To extract text or images from a PDF, open PDF Converter.
Privacy and file handling
The selected file is processed in this browser and is not uploaded by this tool. Office parsing loads a ZIP library from a third-party CDN; the CDN receives a normal resource request, not the document. Clear removes the preview and temporary image URLs. Browser printing is controlled by your browser and operating system.
Common questions
Why does my spreadsheet look different?
The preview shows stored cell values in tables. It does not run formulas or reproduce workbook print areas, chart layouts or merged-cell styling. Wide sheets may need landscape orientation.
Why is Save as PDF missing?
Available print destinations depend on your browser and device. Choose a PDF printer or use the original application’s PDF export if your browser does not offer it.
Can I convert a scanned image?
Yes, but it stays an image. This converter does not recognize or add searchable text.
