How to prepare images before creating a PDF

Good source images make the final PDF easier to read, print, and share. This browser tool fits each image onto its own page, so the quality of the original image still matters.

1

Use clear, upright photos

Crop extra background, rotate sideways photos, and avoid blurry screenshots. Documents photographed under even lighting convert better than photos with shadows or glare.

2

Choose a sensible quality

Balanced quality is best for most receipts, notes, assignments, IDs, and form photos. Use high quality only when tiny text or diagrams must remain readable after export.

3

Check page order

The PDF follows the order provided by your file picker. If the order matters, rename files with numbers such as 01, 02, and 03 before selecting them.

When this image-to-PDF tool is useful

Practical examples

Use it for scanned homework pages, receipts, handwritten notes, whiteboard photos, application documents, travel records, and simple image bundles that need to be shared as one PDF. It is not a replacement for a certified scanner, notarized copy, or document-management system. Review the output before submitting it to schools, employers, banks, or government portals.

FAQs

Quick checks before you export.

Can I reorder images?

This first version uses the order selected by the file picker. Rename files alphabetically before upload if order matters.

Will transparent PNGs stay transparent?

No. PDF pages use a white background so transparent images stay readable in common PDF viewers.

Does it upload images?

No. The conversion runs in the browser and creates a local download.
