Editorial Standards

How formulas, explanations, and results are checked.

This page documents the practical rules used to build and maintain Calculator All-in-One. It exists so readers can see what a result includes, what it leaves out, and how to report a problem.

What counts as useful calculator content

A result without context is easy to misuse. Each dedicated calculator page is expected to state its inputs, formula or method, assumptions, worked example, important exclusions, and cases where a professional or current official source should be consulted. We do not add filler only to increase word count. Explanations should help a reader reproduce the calculation, notice a unit error, or understand why a real-world quote can differ.

Testing and its limits

Calculator logic runs in the page's browser scripts. Checks use example inputs and expected outputs, with additional cases for changed calculations and known bugs. Tests cover selected cases, not every combination of inputs, browser, device or real-world rule. Displayed money amounts are rounded, so compare underlying calculations before interpreting a small rounding difference as an error.

Source selection

For health, finance, tax, and security topics, we prefer first-party or primary references such as government agencies, standards bodies, regulators, and official product documentation. A source link supports the method or limitation; it does not imply endorsement. Rates, laws, tax classifications, lender fees, medical guidance, and exchange prices can change, so pages identify when the user must verify current information.

Assumptions and rounding

Loan tools assume a constant rate and regular payment schedule unless the page says otherwise. SIP projections assume a fixed hypothetical return and are not a promise. GST tools calculate the arithmetic for the rate selected by the user; they do not decide which rate legally applies. Currency values are indicative and may differ from bank or card-provider quotes. Displayed values may be rounded while calculations retain more precision.

Health and safety limits

BMI is a screening calculation, not a diagnosis. Finance, tax, investment, electricity, and health results are educational estimates. If an output affects medical care, legal rights, tax filing, borrowing, investing, engineering, or personal safety, the reader should confirm it with a qualified professional and the latest official rules or documents.

Corrections

Send the page address, input values, result shown, expected result and browser to support.aiagents@gmail.com. Include the source or calculation you used for comparison. These details help the maintainer reproduce the issue and check the implementation. Do not include private documents or account details. An example on a page is an explanation, not an independent certification of the tool.

Advertising independence

The site may display advertising to support hosting and maintenance. Advertising must not change formulas or results and must remain separate from calculator controls. Visitors are never required to click an advertisement to use a calculator.

Privacy during calculations

Most calculator arithmetic runs in the browser. The currency converter requests exchange rates, and the food tool may send a food-name search to USDA FoodData Central when a local match is unavailable. QR generation takes place in the browser. See the Privacy Policy for files, third-party requests, analytics and advertising details.

Maintainer and updates

Calculator All-in-One is an independently maintained collection of browser utilities. The maintainer can be reached at support.aiagents@gmail.com. Update dates identify changes to a page; they do not mean a regulator, clinician, lender or advertising platform has approved it. Rates and eligibility rules need a current source even when the arithmetic has been tested.
